Tool Tracking

The Tool Tracking module allows the users to define tools, dies and jigs to the system and specify the routing steps where the tools are used.  The system then automatically tracks the usage of each tool and reports the status to the user as required.
 

The features in this module include:

  • Tools are defined with their structures (tool bill)
  • Shared tool components usage recorded correctly
  • Usage recording is automatic
  • Transaction log maintains full history of usage
